Kamgaro connects with widely used biometric, face and RFID terminals, so most plants keep the machines already installed at the gate. Our team confirms your models during setup.
Can contractors use it for their workers?
Yes. Each contractor gets a restricted login to add workers, upload licences and challans, and see attendance for their own team only.
Which languages does the worker app support?
Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Punjabi, Malayalam and English, with voice read-out for payslips, shifts and notices.
Can it calculate overtime by our rules?
Yes. Daily or weekly overtime, separate rates for holidays and weekly-offs, night shift allowances and caps per worker are all configurable.
Is worker data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role and plant, and worker data is never sold. Attendance data is used only for attendance and wages.
How long does setup take?
A plant can go live in 30 minutes: add your lines and shifts, import workers from Excel, connect gate machines and publish the first roster. Multi-plant rollouts get on-site onboarding on the Group plan.
