Terms of Service

01 The service

The platform provides shift rostering, gate attendance, contract-labour records, wage sheets, skill matrix, a worker app and AI staffing forecasts for organisations that manage shift-based and contract workers.

By creating an account or using the service, the organisation you represent agrees to these terms.

02 Accounts and access

You are responsible for the users you invite, the roles you assign to them and for keeping login credentials confidential.

Contractor logins are created by you and give contractors access only to their own workers’ records. You can revoke access at any time.

03 Your data and responsibilities

You own the data you and your contractors enter. You grant us the right to process it only to provide the service.

You confirm that you have a lawful basis to process your workers’ data, including any consent required for biometric attendance.

Statutory registers and returns are prepared from your data. Accuracy of that data, filing, payment of wages and dues, and compliance with labour laws remain your responsibility.

04 Fair use

• Do not use the service to monitor workers beyond attendance, wages and staffing.
• Do not use AI forecasts to penalise, rank or take action against individual workers.
• Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, disrupt the service or reverse engineer it.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

05 Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per active worker per month. An active worker is anyone with at least one rostered shift or attendance punch in the billing month.

The free tier covers up to 100 workers with the features listed on the Our Plans page. We may change plan features or prices with 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

06 Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available around the clock, with planned maintenance scheduled outside common shift-change hours where possible.

Gate devices and the worker app store punches locally if the network drops and sync when it returns.

07 AI forecasts

Staffing forecasts are estimates based on historical patterns and external signals. They support planning decisions and do not guarantee attendance levels. Staffing decisions remain yours.

08 Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or have unpaid invoices after notice.

09 Liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost production.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
